Credibility is so important for your business. You know you can walk the walk and talk the talk, but being your own cheerleader is a very one sided glee club. Having social proof that what you do works, that you do what you say you are going to do and that it gets results, is like having a whole squad of cheerleaders on your side of the pitch. I always ask my clients for feedback about their coaching sessions with me – I ask them what I can improve, to rate the session and I learn from their comments each and every time.
