I mean, it’s that time of year isn’t it? The seasons change, the light drops, it starts getting darker earlier and we all have that ‘back to school’ mentality in September.
Which is great for our businesses.
Why?
Because it is a great opportunity to review and revise your plans for the remainder of this year and your goals for the next.
I know I do that – I take time this month to plan what I want to achieve before the year is over and I look at how I am going to do that. I use a variety of things to help me:
First is my Productivity Pack – I seriously use this stuff – I don’t sell things I don’t use or totally believe in, and the productivity pack is part of that. Will it change your life for £29.99? Nope. Will it help you start to move your dreams & ambitions into reality? Yes. If you use it properly and regularly and change your way of working from things you must do, to things you focus on. Then I use my Customer Audit plan – this is genuinely a life saver – as your business grows, it’s easy to stop reflecting on your customer base and what you are currently offering them. I know I took my eye off the ball on that front a few years ago, and that’s why I created my 4 step plan, and I use it every 3 months. It helps me ensure that I am working with the right clients for my business, and that I am doing the right things for them. It stops me trying to do stuff that isn’t working. Finally, I use my community to help & support my business. I run two monthly events for my KAPOW! Heroes to help grow & develop their businesses – the first is our monthly boardroom, which is our mastermind & networking event – that one is exclusively for my clients, and the second is my Content Creation Club – which is open to everyone. The Content Creation Club is hosted space to do just that – create content for your business & be held accountable for it. It’s amazing what you can create in 50 minutes when you set your mind to it! We start off with an introduction round where everyone shares what they are looking to create in the time by putting it in the chat, and then we crack on and do it. I love it – it focusses my mind, means I get the job done, and I get to connect with new people too. Find out more about it here & book in for the next one!
