Is your business worth a coffee and a sandwich?

Is your business worth a coffee and a sandwich?

What is your business worth to you?

Small business owners often have to wear multiple hats, from CEO to accountant to customer service representative.

I know.  I am one.

And while it's impressive that we can manage so many responsibilities, sometimes it can be difficult to know where to focus our energy. That's where a business coach like me comes in.

Now, I know what some you might be thinking: "I don't need a coach. I'm doing just fine on my own."

But let me ask you this: would a professional athlete try to improve their game without a coach?

Of course not! So why should a small business owner think they can improve their business without outside guidance?

Here are just a few reasons why working with a business coach like me can be beneficial for you:

A coach can provide an objective perspective.

We are often too close to our business to see the big picture. A coach like me can provide an objective perspective and help you see things from a different angle. They can help you identify blind spots and weaknesses that you may not even be aware of.

A coach can help you set and achieve goals.

We all have big dreams for our businesses, but may not know how to turn those dreams into achievable goals. A coach like me can help you set realistic goals and develop a plan to achieve them. They can also help hold you accountable and provide support along the way.

A coach can help you improve your leadership skills.

As a small business owner, you are also a leader. You may be surprised by that – but it’s true!  A coach like me can help you develop your leadership skills, which can be essential for growing your business. They can help you learn how to communicate effectively, delegate, inspire & create that great personal brand based on being a great leader that helps you stand out from the rest.  In a good way.

A coach can help you improve your time management skills.

Time management is essential for any business owner, but it can be especially challenging for us as small business owners when we are juggling multiple responsibilities. A coach like me can help you identify areas where you can be more efficient and help you develop systems to manage your time more effectively.

A coach can help you stay motivated and focused.

Running a small business can be exhausting, trust me – I know it.  It’s really easy to get burned out or lose focus. A coach like me can help you stay motivated and focused on your goals. They can also provide emotional support when you're feeling overwhelmed.

Now, you are probably also thinking, "But I can't afford a coach."

Let me help you with that.  If you want your business to grow, you need to be prepared to invest in it.  Yes, working with a coach is an investment, but it's important to remember that it's an investment in your business. Think about it this way: if working with a coach helps you improve your business and increase your revenue, then the investment will pay off in the long run.

It's also worth noting that there are different types of coaches with different pricing structures. Some coaches offer one-time sessions or short-term packages, while others offer ongoing support.

I offer the latter.  Ongoing support to help you achieve the business you want.

I can help you by offering an objective perspective, help you set and achieve goals, improve your leadership and time management skills, and help you stay motivated and focused.

Working with a coach like me can pay off in the long run by helping you grow your business and achieve your dreams. And here’s a newsflash – my most ‘expensive’ package is also my most popular.  It works out at less than £5 a day.  That’s less than a sandwich & a coffee at Starbucks.

So if you're a small business owner who thinks they don't need a coach, you’re really thinking that your business isn’t worth a coffee & a sandwich.

Maybe it’s time for a rethink?
